Opticare Customer Service

Opticare of Utah's goal is to provide our members with the best quality of care and knowledge when it comes to utilizing their benefits for them and their family. Representatives are available to answer any vision benefit questions you may have. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
