Opticare 120C Group Plan
This plan works the same as the 10-120C plan but reduces costs by removing the Eye Exam Benefit, which is most likely already covered under your medical benefits, making this plan a hardware-only plan that covers frames and contacts with a $120 allowance. This plan not only uses the Standard Optical Select Network but also gives you access to over 40 independent Optometrist who are credentialed on our Broad Network and out-of-network options, giving you the ability to go anywhere you want while still getting great benefits.
