All LASIK fees include pre and post operative care and a one year enhancement
guarantee. All scheduled post operative visits must be attended by the patient
in order to maintain all service agreements. All Enhancements are performed at
the sole discretion of the co-managing Standard Optical Optometrist and the LASIK
Surgeon.
Some insurance plans may pay for some or all of your procedure or have a discount
benefit negotiated with Standard Optical. See store for details.
Parameters for LASIK vs. Custom LASIK vary and are determined by the Co-managing
Standard Optical Optometrist and Dr. Wade Wyatt. Some patients may not qualify
for Custom LASIK that were previous approved for Traditional LASIK.
Financing Available Through Standard Optical and American General OAC
Applications are available at al Standard Optical offices and can be filed
while you wait.
