This is Opticare of Utah's preferred provider discount program. This program is a reduced fee for service, discount program affording the member 35-50% off retail pricing. Standard Optical providers offer this discount to contracted providers such as Altius Health Plans, PEHP Plus, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utah, Intermountain Health Care Employees.
